All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders over $100.00 receive FREE shipping within the United States. All our orders get rush handling!
United States orders we offer three shipping options:
- $5.25 First Class (4-7 Business Days, No Tracking Number)
- $9.50 Priority (3-5 Business Days)
- $25.50 Express Mail (1-3 Business Day)
Canada orders we offer two shipping options:
- $5.25 First Class Mail International (Delivery Time Varies by Destination, No Tracking Number)
- $31.00 Express Mail International (2-5 Business Days)
International orders to other locations worldwide are shipped using Express Mail International, which provides a tracking number. Price and actual delivery time varies by destination.
We charge one shipping rate per order. The same rate covers one product or multiple products.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, Customs fees, taxes, and Government charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are yours, the buyer's, responsibility.
Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These fees are collected when you pick up the package from your local Post Office.
They are levied by your country and are not additional shipping charges.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on Customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and International laws.
Packaging:
Your order will arrive in a very discreet plain manila envelope. The return address will read "Mountain West Communication".
Please contact us for information and instructions regarding the return of a product. The following information describes the Return Policy for pheromone products only.
You have 45 days to try the product to prove to yourself that they work! If you try one of our products out and are not satisfied, you can send it back and get your money back.
We just ask that you:
1. Give the product a good testing over a period of at least 3 weeks. It often takes that long to figure out how to use pheromones properly and notice results.
2. Describe your usage of the product to us. You can do that through our contact form here.
3. We will send instructions on return and refund.
We will refund the amount you sent to us initially (purchase price less shipping & handling charges).
